Welcome to the September edition of Discover's semi-monthly Career Newsletter.
In this month's edition, we will share with you insights from a variety

Vendor Liaison, Cardmember Assistance
I have been with Discover Financial Services for 4 ½ years and have moved quickly through the levels of our Cardmember Assistance Department, from a Senior Collection Representative to the highest level collector, Senior Collection Specialist. Currently, I work in the National Recovery Center (NRC). The function of NRC is to collect on delinquent accounts. Specifically, I am a Vendor Liaison in the Agency department that is responsible for all vendor relations. Read more
