Upgraded Shipment Image Viewing in SWOOP We have changed how you view images on our SWOOP website. All shipment-related images are now viewable as PDF documents. With one click of your mouse, you can access all shipment images. Now you can save copies of images, reducing your need to print or recall images. You will no longer need Sun Microsystems' Java runtime, but you must have Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Reader installed.
Revised Accessorial Charges Tax-Air updated their accessorial charges, effective February 7, 2011. These changes are necessary to reflect the additional costs associated with providing these services.
