Proposals Solicited to Participate in 2012 Día del Niño Family Festival

The National Museum of Mexican Art is seeking proposals to participate in its 16th Annual Día del Niño Family Festival on Saturday, April 14 from 10 am - 3 pm at the UIC Pavilion in Chicago.  This free day-long festival offers fun, health-focused activities that include health screenings, interactive activities promoting good nutrition and physical activity, hands-on art projects, and giveaways to 10-12,000 people.  To participate, please write two - three paragraphs that describe how your organization would use free space at the festival to conduct an interactive activity promoting one or more of the recommendations in CLOCC's 5-4-3-2-1 Go!™ message. Send your proposal to Alma Hernandez at ahernandez@nationalmuseumofmexicanart.org by February 10.  Please call 312-433-3916 with any questions.  Don't miss this opportunity to promote your organization's work by participating in this fun and healthy event for Chicago children and families!
